delivery of the Advanced Assembly
Kit foreseen the supply of all
required material to build the
Pioneer 300 including the white
paint of the aircraft.
The customer will not find the
following material: Engine and
Accessories; Instruments; Propeller;
and lining.

- Sound proof material for cockpit sound-proofing.
- Central pre-cut console.

- Several sized pine stringers.
- Pre-cut Birch plywood sheets.

- Stabilizer in composite material with white “GELCOAT”
finished (wings, ailerons flaps, elevators and rudder
are already pre-drilled to install hinges and devices
properly).

- Gelcoat finishing white cowlings.
- White painted fiberglass propeller dish and spinner.
- Painted clamps to assembly engine mounting to
firewall.
- #2 wing tanks (40 L each)).

NOTE: In some European Countries, the aircraft is
supplied with a central fuel tank (54L) instead
of 2 wing tanks.
- Painted footrest with plastic (polizene)

- Non-painted pre-cut metal sheet, as insturment
panel, and central console.
- Wires kit.
- Rudder and elevators hinges kit.
- Painted Sliding Composite cockpit

The kit is inclusive of all hardware necessary
for the aircraft assembly and DACRON fabric to cover
it. Furthermore:

- Trim actuator motor.
- Texts and decals adhesive set.
NOTE:
- All metal materials are supplied already painted
with white base powders; aluminium ones are oxidation-proof.
Some of metallic parts are hot-zinc treated. All
composite parts are ‘Gelcot’ finished.
