The primary Alpi Aviation objective is to represent a reference point in its field of activity, with respect to the product performances, airworthiness and functionality and the connected services before and after the sales.

To fallow this objective, the company aim to make a direct connection with the final aircraft owners and the potential ones, to keep, finally, a positive judgment with respect to the factory work directly from the single owner.

This hard task, that has to guarantee the owner about the Alpi Aviation capacity to satisfy their necessity and the contract requirements, will be pursued by means of a process by process control and surveillance.

Than, the Alpi Aviation Quality System, will be oriented within these margins, accordingly to the UNI EN ISO 9001 version 2000, considering also that rules as a starting point for the factory reorganization finalized to the process control and continuous enhancement.

The management, well known the importance related to that rules, it is involved in divulgate and promote the quality system politics at any factory level, mainly making aware the factory workers.

The factory Management defines the quality objectives and measurable pledges within its “Management Plan” that will be need also to verify that the quality politics is straight fallowed and is directly responsible to give to the various factory functionalities the needed resources and instruments finalized to do its work
The Management will act the needed control actions to monitor the quality system functionality and suitability with respect to the final objectives to be reached.

Fallows the actions that the Management wants to act to get the quality system to be integrated into the factory activity:

• Given product and services quality:
  
  The ALPI AVIATION factory will activates itself to supply new products and services with respect to the best quality and the maximum added values to its customers with the aim of get and maintain their faithfulness..
  
• Products innovation:
  
  The ALPI AVIATION will be ever and ever involved in the new products development and their continuous enhancement, fallowing also the customer’s suggestions.
  The company will evaluate other fields of activity where their products could be introduced continuing in the product innovation going thought the research and development steps.
  
• Suppliers:
  
  The ALPI AVIATION makes a partnership with their supplier that is involved in the product development and keeps constantly verified their quality level that is more relevant with respect to the money aspect. The factory will try also to raise the supplier’s technological level participating and involving their partners in research and development programs.
  
• Uman resources:
  
  Each company workers will follow a specific course with the final aim of improve his professional capacities. The workers will be also informed about the factory quality politics and objectives up to be able to satisfy, together with the management, the factory Mission. A special attention will be also dedicated in the Safety Regulation and Ambient Environment Regulations application and the respect.
